Turkish Meatballs, or Kofte, are made with an exotic blend of spices, and are wonderful served as a main dish or as part of a mezze platter

  • Prep Time - 10 mins
  • Cook Time - 20 min
  • Total Time - 30 mins
  • Servings: 4-6 people


  • 500g minced Beef
  • 1 Egg 
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs 
  • 3 Teaspoons of Meatball Spice Mix, recipe to follow 
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley 
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced 
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt 
  • 1 Small Onion, minced 


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl with your hands. Do not over mix which will change the texture of the meat.
  • Form the mixture into a flattened oval shape. 
  • The meatballs can either be grilled or fried in a pan. Cook until done all of the way through.
