Uses

Toast Kadayif:
Shred 100g kadayif. Toast in 2–3 tbsp butter until golden (7–10 mins). Add 2 tbsp sugar (optional) + ½ cup crushed nuts. Cool.

Make Chocolate Layer:
Heat 200ml cream till hot (don’t boil), pour over 200g chopped chocolate + 1 tbsp butter. Stir until smooth.

Assemble:
Layer roasted kadayif in a dish, pour chocolate over it. Optional: sprinkle extra kadayif or nuts on top.

Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate 2–3 hours until set. Slice & enjoy!
