Yorsan Smoked Cheese
Smoked cheese has a wonderful aroma and rich, smoky flavor. It comes in wheels covered by a light brown, textured hull. The cheese inside is a creamy, light yellow color that is slightly flaky and wonderfully aromatic. The smoking process not only adds wonderful flavor to the cheese, it also helps to preserve it. Smoked cheese is normally eaten on its own, or sometimes melted down to flavor sauces. Should be preserved at +2°C and +4°C.
