Yorsan Van Herbal Cheese 300g
Making this particular cheese is known to be a labour intensive process in Turkey. Produced from cows milk, embodies number of herbs found in high mountains of the eastern Anatolian province. Van cheese is semi-hard in texture, salty in taste with traces of garlic and thyme in its aroma. It is absolutely fantastic with sweet wines, like Volpi Moscato d'Asti 2013.
