There are so many flavorful celeraic recipes out there, but this one takes the cake!, It looks difficult but it is actually quite simple to make!

  • Total Time - 2 hrs
  • Servings: 6 people


  • 6-8 celeries
  • olive oil (optional)
  • 2 medium onions 
  • 300 g minced meat 
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste 
  • 1 tbsp paprika paste 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp black pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp cumin 
  • 1 cup of rice (200g)
  • 5-6 dill or parsley 
  • 600ml of water 
  • 1 orange (thinly sliced)


  • Peel the celery shells and pour them in the middle with a sharp knife and spoon.
  • Cut the onion into cubes and sauté with olive oil until it turns pink over medium heat. 
  • Put the roasted onions in the mixing bowl, add minced meat and spices and mix well. 
  • Add the rice so that it does not break, then add and mix parsley. 
  • Fill the celery, place it in a compatible pot for the oven and stove, put 1 slice of orange on them, then add the tomato paste, close the lid and cook for 1 hour on a medium-hot stove
  • Open the lid of the pot and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
