LeMed Security and Pricing Policy
At LeMed, we are proud to offer our valued customers a curated selection of imported specialty products. As part of our commitment to quality and service, we operate in accordance with the following policies:
Product Availability
Many of our products are imported in limited quantities. While we strive to keep our website up to date, there may be instances where an item you’ve ordered is out of stock. In such cases, we may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
Pricing
All prices displayed on LeMed are current at the time of display and are subject to change at our discretion.
If a coupon or promotional code is used at checkout, any applicable refund will be based on the discounted amount paid, not the original listed price.
Shipping
LeMed delivers orders via our in-house delivery system. If you prefer an alternative shipping arrangement, please contact us before placing your order.
We currently deliver within Singapore only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For unsuccessful delivery attempts, customers may either arrange self-collection or incur a $20 fee for a second delivery attempt.
Self-Collection
Orders not collected within 30 days from the date of purchase will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded.
For perishable or short shelf-life products, LeMed is not liable for any spoilage if items are not collected within 3 days of notification.
System Availability
LeMed aims for 100% system uptime. However, in the event of technical disruptions, we are not responsible for unprocessed or incomplete orders.
Return & Refund Policy
We guarantee that all products—perishable or non-perishable—will be delivered in good condition, assuming normal room temperature and humidity during transit.
If you receive any item in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us at sales@lemed.com.sg with relevant photographs:

Within 1 day of delivery for perishables

Refunds or replacements will be offered where applicable.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind only under the following conditions:

The item has not been opened

All original seals, tags, and packaging are intact

The product is unwashed and unaltered
Returns are not accepted for perishable items or those with a short expiry.
Privacy & Fraud Protection
LeMed respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. All collected information is used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
Environmental Commitment
LeMed is committed to operating sustainably. We encourage customers to return reusable packaging materials—such as ice packs and cold boxes—to our delivery team after use.
