Refunds & Returns
To request a refund, simply contact us through email with your order number as a subject title and we will issue you a refund.
For returns, please email sales@lemed.com.sg with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Please note that "To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase such as a photo of the goods.

We do not accept returns for perishable items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

Absolutely. We source our produce daily and maintain a cold chain from our warehouse to your doorstep to ensure freshness.
If an item is unavailable, we will either replace it with a similar product (with your consent) or issue a refund.

We recommend consuming any fresh produce within 1 day of receipt. We then recommend freezing it as soon as possible to maintain optimum freshness.

In order to receive points, you must register / create an account with us!
On the bottom right-hand corner of our website, click on the "Rewards" tab.
Proceed to log in if you have not.
In the section "Get rewards", the button under each voucher will turn blue and appear as "Get reward" once you have sufficient points to redeem.
Once redeemed, you will receive a code which you can then apply at the final stage of checkout.
Your discount code will be sent to your email 2 days after your friend has successfully made a purchase using your referral code and spent above $100 dollars (after the discount is applied).
