To preserve the traditional aroma and scent of Mesopotamian Tea, always use lime-free water and boil thoroughly in a teapot.

Fill the teapot with enough boiled water. To achieve the perfect color, aroma, and consistency in each cup, add two teaspoons of Mesopotamian Tea for every cup of tea.

The teapot should be placed on top of the kettle, the heat reduced, and it should be left to steep for 13-15 minutes. To experience the true taste of Mesopotamian tea, it should be consumed within half an hour and re-brewed if desired.
