Wheat flour, starch, rice flour, flavoring, ground mastic gum (0.02%).

1. Combine ingredients: Pour 750 ml (3.5 cups) of milk into a saucepan. Add the desired amount of sugar according to the dosage chart and the entire contents of the sachet.

2. Cook the pudding: Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat, add 25 g (1 tablespoon) of margarine, and continue cooking for another 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

3. Whisk and serve: Transfer the custard to a mixing bowl and whisk with a mixer on the lowest speed for 5 minutes. Pour into bowls from a height to create a bubbly surface and serve chilled.
